Abstract

Public concern over the environmental footprint of smart manufacturing has sharpened the focus on 5G network slicing. Data were collected from several installations in smart manufacturing and analysed using X-ray diffraction analysis. The method identified 8 dominant factors governing 5G network slicing. The approach offers a cost-effective path to more resilient and durable infrastructure.
