Abstract
The scale-up of biomedical implants from pilot to commercial deployment raises new questions about federated learning. The workflow employs fuzzy logic control within an open, reproducible computational pipeline. Accuracy improved by 56%, with the largest gains observed under high-load conditions. Future efforts should focus on scaling the approach and confirming its durability in service.
