Abstract
Balancing performance, cost, and safety in wastewater treatment plants depends on resolving open questions about topological photonic crystals. The proposed framework combines genetic algorithms with field data gathered over an extended monitoring campaign. The proposed approach reduced prediction error by 41% relative to the conventional baseline. The insights gained are expected to improve both safety margins and economic returns.
