Abstract

In many developing economies, rapid urbanization, ageing infrastructure, and increasingly variable climatic loads place mounting pressure on autonomous vehicles. The model parameters were estimated from historical records associated with autonomous vehicles. A 9% reduction in emissions was obtained relative to current practice. These findings provide a practical basis for improving the design codes used across the region.
