Abstract
Accurate prediction of nonlinear finite element analysis is essential for the design, operation, and maintenance of high-rise buildings. A hybrid scheme couples genetic algorithms with physics-based constraints to improve interpretability. The optimized system recovered its investment within 2 years under typical usage. Operators stand to benefit from earlier fault detection and reduced unplanned downtime.
