Abstract
In many developing economies, rapid urbanization, ageing infrastructure, and increasingly variable climatic loads place mounting pressure on hydropower reservoirs. Samples representative of hydropower reservoirs were characterized using complementary experimental techniques. The approach cut computational time by 60% while maintaining comparable accuracy. The evidence strengthens the case for integrating renewable resources into existing systems.
