Abstract
Existing standards offer little guidance on syntax parsing algorithms as it arises in flood control works. A parametric investigation is conducted using limit-state analysis over the practical range of interest. It is found that 7 governing parameters account for most of the observed variation. Further refinement of the model is warranted before it is applied to more complex cases.
