Abstract
Widespread adoption of industrial automation in the region has drawn attention to unresolved questions concerning laminar boundary layer flow. Solutions are obtained by digital computer simulation and carefully checked for internal consistency and numerical stability. The results reveal an unexpected 34% increase in laminar boundary layer flow at intermediate loading levels. The findings underline the importance of accounting for local conditions in design.
