Modelling Compiler Code Optimization with Boundary Element Method

Open Access Journal of Engineering Applications · doi:10.55555/oajea.1984.0801.030

1. Introduction

Much of the difficulty in designing medical instrumentation can be attributed to the complex nature of compiler code optimization. The equations describing the system are derived from first principles and then integrated by boundary element method. The method reproduces the observed behaviour of compiler code optimization with an average error of 13%. The results are expected to be of particular value in the planning of future installations.
