Abstract
The scarcity of local data on phase-locked loops has long hampered the rational design of agricultural machinery in Bangladesh. The numerical scheme is based on digital signal processing and is shown to be stable and convergent. The measured values exceed the design estimates by roughly 11% under adverse conditions. The approach is likely to be of particular benefit where resources are severely constrained.
