Abstract

Environmental constraints have made the analysis of flood routing increasingly relevant to brick kilns. The influence of the main design parameters is investigated through a systematic series of tests. Costs are reduced by approximately 6% when the recommended procedure is adopted. The findings reinforce the need for regular inspection and maintenance in service.
