Adaptive Control for Mechanical Vibration

Omar Liu Corresponding

Abstract

A clear understanding of mechanical vibration is essential for engineers concerned with fertiliser plants. Both analytical and experimental techniques are employed to examine the behaviour observed in fertiliser plants. Agreement between theory and experiment is satisfactory, with a maximum deviation of 46%. The results underline the importance of proper quality control during manufacture and installation.
