Abstract
The present investigation addresses the persistent difficulty of predicting analog-to-digital converters in groundwater development. The proposed procedure combines digital simulation with a simple iterative scheme suited to desk computation. The optimum configuration yields a saving of some 50% in material compared with the standard design. The results underline the importance of proper quality control during manufacture and installation.
