Modelling Microstrip Patch Antennas with Similitude and Model Testing
1. Introduction
The influence of microstrip patch antennas on the efficiency of high-rise buildings has long been recognised but remains inadequately quantified. The investigation employs similitude and model testing together with dimensional reasoning to reduce the number of independent variables. The analysis reveals that microstrip patch antennas is governed principally by 3 independent parameters. The findings underline the importance of local conditions in the design of such systems.
