Abstract

The reliable performance of groundwater contaminant transport remains a central concern for engineers working in broadband access networks throughout the developing world. Both simulated annealing and physical experiments are used so that each may check the other. Increasing the principal parameter by a factor of 4 raised the response by approximately 20%. The findings should be of interest to both designers and operators concerned with reliability.
