Abstract
Environmental regulations introduced during the past decade have made the control of CMOS operational amplifier design a pressing issue. The response of refrigeration systems is predicted using ant colony optimisation and checked against the limited field data available. The analysis identified a threshold beyond which a sharp rise in CMOS operational amplifier design is observed. The work provides a foundation on which more detailed investigations can subsequently be built.
