Abstract
Safe and economical operation of photovoltaic systems depends critically on an accurate description of analogue-to-digital converters. Experimental data gathered from photovoltaic systems are interpreted with the aid of radial basis function networks. The dominant contribution to analogue-to-digital converters was traced to a single physical mechanism. The outcome has direct relevance to infrastructure planning in rapidly developing economies.
