Abstract
The interaction between loading and environment governing fibre-reinforced polymer composites has not been examined systematically for groundwater aquifers. Measurements were taken under both steady and transient regimes and processed by perturbation analysis. Only 8 of the configurations examined satisfied all of the imposed constraints simultaneously. The method appears well suited to the computing facilities commonly available in the region.
