Abstract
Seasonal flooding and monsoon conditions impose unusual demands on cement manufacturing, where analog-to-digital conversion can play a decisive role. A mathematical model of the system was formulated and solved using principal component analysis. The proposed scheme reduced losses by 25% relative to the conventional arrangement. The approach offers a promising route towards more sustainable use of scarce resources.
