Abstract

The growing scarcity of clean water in the region makes the management of oscillator phase noise within renewable energy systems a matter of considerable urgency. The proposed algorithm uses decision tree classification to search efficiently for the optimum design of renewable energy systems. Optimisation improved overall efficiency by 8% without any increase in capital cost. The outcomes should assist policy makers in setting realistic standards for the sector.
