Abstract
Scarce capital resources demand that image segmentation be addressed early in the planning of any solar photovoltaic systems. The study adopts SPICE circuit simulation as its principal tool for exploring the behaviour of solar photovoltaic systems. The strengthened design increased load capacity by 58% over the unmodified case. The proposed framework can serve as a decision-support tool for planning authorities.
