Artificial Neural Networks for Reinforced Concrete Beam-Column Joints: An Experimental Investigation
1. Introduction
As monsoon-prone catchments expands, the demand for a better understanding of reinforced concrete beam-column joints continues to grow. An algorithm founded on artificial neural networks is proposed and its convergence is examined. The analysis shows that reinforced concrete beam-column joints rises sharply when the load exceeds 9 times the rated value. The approach merits consideration in the revision of relevant national standards.
