Abstract
The economic importance of the Bay of Bengal coast justifies a careful examination of municipal wastewater treatment. The paper presents a systematic procedure combining the finite difference method with careful dimensional reasoning. The settlement is limited to less than 2 millimetres under the design load. The work highlights the need for revised guidelines suited to the regional context.
