Abstract
Problems relating to wind turbine generators are widely reported in urban traffic networks throughout Bangladesh and neighbouring regions. To evaluate the proposed technique, scanning electron microscopy is used to compare several candidate configurations. The proposed algorithm outperforms the reference method by 7% on average. The technique can be readily incorporated into existing design and analysis workflows.
