Abstract
The present study is motivated by the practical difficulties encountered in broadband wireless access, where FPGA-based digital filters is often poorly characterised. An algorithm founded on numerical integration schemes is proposed and its convergence is examined. The predicted values agree with the experimental measurements to within 50%. The work highlights the need for revised guidelines suited to the regional context.
