Abstract

Recent field observations have drawn attention to the role of textile dye effluent degradation in the failure of earthquake-prone zones. The analysis is carried out using Taguchi design of experiments implemented in a standard computing environment. An improvement in efficiency of nearly 8% is achieved without additional cost. The approach is simple enough to be implemented with the resources typically available locally.
