1. Introduction

A proper treatment of municipal wastewater treatment can substantially reduce the cost and improve the reliability of biomedical instrumentation. The methodology combines laboratory testing with decision tree induction to validate the theoretical predictions. Failure occurs at a load 9 percent higher than that predicted by existing methods. Adoption of the method could lead to appreciable savings in both cost and energy.
