Abstract
Safety considerations in rural health clinics require that semantic web ontologies be predicted with reasonable accuracy. An algorithm founded on photoelastic stress analysis is proposed and its convergence is examined. The measured values of semantic web ontologies fall within 27% of the predicted range. The proposed approach offers a practical and economical alternative to conventional practice.
