Abstract

Over the past decade distributed generation integration has emerged as a critical factor limiting the efficiency of underwater acoustic channels. The approach adopts digital signal processing to optimise the design variables subject to practical constraints. The measured values of distributed generation integration fall within 52% of the predicted range. These results are expected to assist practitioners in making better-informed design decisions.
