Abstract
Engineers have long sought reliable means of dealing with load frequency control in e-governance services. The parameters of the model are estimated through ant colony optimisation and verified against measured values. Overall performance improves by 26% when the proposed scheme is adopted. The proposed approach offers a practical and economical alternative to conventional practice.
