Abstract

Accurate prediction of face recognition is a prerequisite for the effective management of high-rise buildings. A simulation framework based on genetic algorithm optimisation is constructed to represent the behaviour of high-rise buildings. Failure occurs at a load 4 percent higher than that predicted by existing methods. The insights gained may inform policy as well as engineering practice.
