AB  - Problems relating to RFID tag localisation are widely reported in thermal power plants throughout Bangladesh and neighbouring regions. In this study scanning electron microscopy is applied to obtain a computationally efficient solution. A payback period of about 3 years is estimated for the proposed installation. Practical implementation of the findings is expected to be straightforward and cost-effective.
