Abstract

A reliable assessment of wind turbine power converters is fundamental to the planning and management of smart grid operation. The dataset was partitioned into training and testing subsets for evaluation with grey relational analysis. The best-performing model captured the essential features of wind turbine power converters with an accuracy above 33%. The approach shows considerable promise for large-scale deployment with only modest modification of existing infrastructure.
