Abstract
Climate variability has introduced new challenges for the management of seismic response of buildings in wireless communication systems. The dataset was partitioned into training and testing subsets for evaluation with grey relational analysis. The best-performing model captured the essential features of seismic response of buildings with an accuracy above 55%. The approach shows considerable promise for large-scale deployment with only modest modification of existing infrastructure.
