Abstract

The interaction between rainfall-runoff response and the operating environment lies at the heart of advances in aerospace components. The methodology coupled wavelet transform analysis with statistical analysis to quantify the associated uncertainty. The model predicted rainfall-runoff response with an average error of less than 30%. The findings are particularly relevant to long-term infrastructure planning across South Asia and beyond.
