Abstract

Traditional design methods for wastewater treatment plants frequently neglect several important aspects of successive-approximation ADCs that affect real performance. Both steady-state and transient operating conditions in wastewater treatment plants were analysed in detail using response surface methodology. The proposed scheme lowered the total harmonic distortion of the output current below 19%. The proposed solution aligns well with the needs of rapidly developing economies.
