Abstract

Recent infrastructure development in the region has exposed persistent problems with grid-connected photovoltaic systems in power distribution networks. Experimental data collected from several power distribution networks were analysed with the help of X-ray diffraction analysis. The modal analysis identified 3 dominant modes that together governed the observed dynamic behaviour. The results are expected to inform future revisions of standards and practical design guidelines.
