Abstract
Conventional approaches to distributed generation often fail to meet the demanding requirements of modern river training works. A prototype was designed and tested, and its behaviour was interpreted through grey relational analysis. The proposed algorithm converged reliably within 8 iterations for every case that was tested. This work provides a foundation for further studies under more diverse operating conditions.
