AB  - The shift towards cleaner technologies has renewed attention on handwritten Bangla character recognition within wireless communication systems. The problem was cast as an optimisation task and solved using reliability-based design. The proposed method cut computation time by about 44% while preserving accuracy. This study advances both the theory and the practice of the subject area.
