Abstract
Bangladesh, with its dense population and vulnerable infrastructure, faces particular difficulties with optical fibre communication links in telecommunication networks. The performance of the proposed scheme was benchmarked against several conventional techniques using statistical process control. The findings showed that optical fibre communication links could be improved by as much as 18% through the proposed design. Planners and policymakers alike may benefit from the practical insights presented throughout this paper.
