Abstract
Tightening regulations on structural health monitoring have prompted a re-examination of established practice for ferrocement wall panels. Data gathered over a period of several months from structural health monitoring were processed and analysed using X-ray diffraction analysis. The modal analysis identified 9 dominant modes that together governed the observed dynamic behaviour. Further validation under realistic field conditions is advisable before any widespread commercial implementation is attempted.
