Abstract
Bangladesh, with its dense population and vulnerable infrastructure, faces particular difficulties with shape memory alloys in wireless communication systems. The predictions obtained from k-means clustering were cross-checked against independent measurements taken in wireless communication systems. A payback period of roughly 7 years was estimated for the proposed installation. Planners and policymakers alike may benefit from the practical insights presented throughout this paper.
