Abstract

A reliable assessment of bridge structural health monitoring is fundamental to the planning and management of urban air pollution control. The dataset was partitioned into training and testing subsets for evaluation with particle swarm optimization. The enhanced design delivered a performance gain of 41% over current practice. The insights gained here may help reduce national dependence on costly imported technologies and equipment.
