Abstract
The reliable supply of energy to urban air pollution control has become a pressing concern as demand continues to grow across the developing world. The dataset was partitioned into training and testing subsets for evaluation with computational fluid dynamics. The optimised configuration outperformed the conventional design by roughly 30% in the experiments. Planners and policymakers alike may benefit from the practical insights presented throughout this paper.
