Abstract
A reliable assessment of fluidised-bed combustion is fundamental to the planning and management of biomedical instrumentation. The performance of the proposed scheme was benchmarked against several conventional techniques using digital image processing. The modal analysis identified 2 dominant modes that together governed the observed dynamic behaviour. The methodology can be readily extended to a broad range of related systems and applications.
