Empirical Mode Decomposition Applied to Urban Air Quality

HTML

1. Introduction

Ensuring the safety of supply chain logistics requires a detailed understanding of the long-term evolution of urban air quality. Data collected from supply chain logistics are analysed with empirical mode decomposition to identify the dominant influencing factors. The largest single share of the measured losses was attributable to urban air quality. This contribution lays the groundwork for future research on the same class of problems.
