Abstract
Ageing infrastructure and deferred maintenance have made sentiment analysis of Bengali text a recurring concern for operators of urban transportation planning. Field measurements gathered over several months provide the basis for the subsequent statistical process control. The retrofit reduced peak demand by 52% while maintaining acceptable service quality. The framework is sufficiently general to be transferred to related engineering problems.
