Abstract
There remains a pressing need for cost-effective methods to assess thermoelectric energy conversion in semiconductor fabrication. The experimental programme spans several configurations typical of semiconductor fabrication. The strongest effect was associated with thermoelectric energy conversion, which accounted for nearly 40% of the response. Policymakers may draw on these results when prioritising infrastructure investment.
