Abstract
Climate variability and extreme weather increasingly threaten the reliability of Internet of Things deployments in coastal regions. Performance is benchmarked against conventional practice using metrics relevant to Internet of Things deployments. The findings confirm the first-order influence of titanium dioxide nanoparticles on overall system performance. The methodology can be extended to incorporate additional constraints as they arise.
