Field Measurement Campaigns for Catalytic Conversion of Biomass: Insights from Laboratory Testing
Abstract
Despite decades of study, the behaviour of catalytic conversion of biomass under realistic field conditions remains incompletely understood. Design alternatives are compared systematically using field measurement campaigns under identical assumptions. The model explained 61% of the variance observed in the field data. The results provide a benchmark against which future designs can be assessed.
